In just 3 years of operations, Elchemy has scaled rapidly, serving customers in over 55 countries and building active partnerships with 200+ suppliers across more than 15 manufacturing geographies. Our platform supports a wide range of specialty chemical applications, helping businesses access the right materials with confidence and speed. Our vision is to build the world’s largest global specialty chemicals distributor, reimagining the industry through technology-led discovery, seamless fulfillment, and data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
Partner with the founders to define, refine and execute the company's strategic priorities. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate growth initiatives and build strategic partnerships that support market expansion and long-term business objectives.
Operational Excellence & Process Transformation
Evaluate existing business processes across functions including Business Development, Operations, Procurement and Marketing to identify opportunities for improvement. Design and implement scalable operating frameworks that enhance efficiency, collaboration and execution.
Strategic Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to strengthen strategic supplier relationships and support initiatives that drive operational excellence, long-term partnerships and continuous business improvement.
Insights & Decision Support
Collect, analyse and interpret business data from multiple sources to uncover trends, generate actionable insights and provide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Champion technology-driven initiatives that improve internal processes, strengthen supply chain capabilities and enhance customer experience through innovation and automation.
Enterprise Initiatives & Special Projects
Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company's strategic priorities. Drive initiatives from ideation to execution while collaborating with leadership and ensuring timely delivery with measurable business impact.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in consulting or a fast growing start up
- Demonstrated ability to project manage and launch new initiatives within the team
- To have a ‘Whatever-it-takes’ mindset to help business accelerate towards its objectives
- Strong business acumen and proven record of strategic decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration
- Other desired qualities - attention to detail, thinking on feet, passionate about startups and ability to thrive in a fast changing environment
