Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and be accountable for the SaaS product's revenue targets from lead generation to deal closure
  • Sales & Business Development: Build and execute the sales strategy—prospect, pitch, demo, negotiate, and close deals with prospective customers
  • Marketing & GTM: Define and execute go-to-market strategies including content marketing outbound campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and partnerships
  • Product Demos & Positioning: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and refine value propositions based on customer feedback
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Product Roadmap Influence: Translate customer insights into product requirements and collaborate closely with the tech team to shape the product roadmap
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs, build dashboards, and provide regular updates to  leadership on pipeline, revenue, and growth trajectory
  • Team Building: As the business scales, recruit and build a lean sales and customer success team


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or entrepreneurial roles—preferably in B2B SaaS or tech startups
  • Prove n track record of owning revenue targets and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC), and go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to articulate complex products simply
  • High ownership mindset—you treat problems as your own and don't wait for instructions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build from 0 to 1
  • Up to date with AI tools and comfortable leveraging them for sales, outreach, and productivity
