Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and grow Elchemy's inbound marketing engine end-to-end from traffic and lead generation through to conversion and be directly accountable for inbound pipeline numbers
- Drive growth marketing initiatives across channels (SEO, paid, content, email, social) to increase qualified inbound leads; continuously test, measure, and iterate on what moves the needle
- Identify & invite industry stalwarts as speakers; attract delegate participation in Offline events
- Establish Elchemy’s brand, lead booth installation in various B2B events
- Develop & market value proposition for our current products & new launches
- Cascade the value proposition through various mediums (email marketing, website, social-media, blogs, videos etc.); define communication guidelines
- Convey Elchemy values to all stakeholders to imprint them in their minds
- Align all communications with Elchemy’s positioning, vision, goal, tone & identity
- Define Elchemy’s content strategy to establish the company as industry leader
- Define PR strategy, liaison with agencies & media houses (organic/inorganic)
- Spearhead engagement vehicles like marketing emails, newsletters, blogs etc.
- Track and report on growth and marketing metrics (inbound leads, conversion rates, CAC, campaign ROI) and use data to guide marketing decisions
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing, with prior exposure to brand, content, or social media marketing
- Demonstrated experience owning an inbound/lead-generation funnel end-to-end, with a strong bias for testing and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working in a high-growth startup is strongly preferred
- Educational background in Media or Mass Communication is a plus from a reputed Institute is a plus
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams
- Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen, good network, can commit and take ownership; should have high EQ
