Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute targeted strategies for generating high-quality leads in the Personal Care and Flavors & Fragrance industries.
  • Cold Calling & Email Marketing: Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the US market.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads to understand their needs and position Elchemy’s solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with global business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead progress in CRM, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and achieve ambitious lead generation goals, optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement sales and marketing strategies in alignment with global directives and industry standards.

This role is pivotal in driving Elchemy’s growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Personal Care, Flavors & Fragrance sectors, and achieving long-term business success.

 

  Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in sales/business development and lead generation
  • Experience of International Sales in the US Market is preferred 
  • Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills 
  • Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
